My colonoscopy was scheduled for 0700

Got to the clinic at 0630 was still shitting

My BP was too high so they wouldn’t put the IV in my arm to sedate me until my BP dropped. It finally dropped around 11 am, they sedated me and boom we were done for lunch.

I didn’t eat or drink anything for over 24 hours. But that Propofol made it worth it

I took the 6pm pills and they kicked in about 8:30. Spent about hour and a half on the toilet then went to bed. Woke up at 2am and took the second set. Napped on the couch until they kicked in. Was done about 4am and went back to sleep.

I did the liquid prep. Took it at 5:30 pm, didn’t start working until 11 pm. Then it was Katie, bar the door. I was shitting stuff out I swear my great-grandfather ate. But by 8 am, I was pretty much flushed out.
