All feelings aside. Did the CARES Act provide funding to states to facilitate ballot harvesting, mail in voting, etc. or not?

It's an honest question we need to ask. Because this is a pattern with Republicans in general, and probably my biggest frustration, and why I can hardly take anything they say serious at all.

They all talk a huge game, but then when there is actually an opportunity to defund or take away something we don't like, they all line up and fund it every single time.

I would say so.

The intent on Trump’s end was probably altruistic (helping people in a time of need). It was shortsighted though, as it allowed for some Leftist heavy aspects to be shoved through.
Iirc, the Post Office was bailed out in perpetuity (did they assist in the “steal?”). I believe that the teachers union in Chicago also got major money for their pensions.

Massey was correct to oppose it on principle.

The end result was a very happy swamp (Dems / RINOs).

As for it helping to steal the election, the answer is: PROBABLY.

The CARES ACT, while seemingly well intentioned, was a boondoggle.

Something I find interesting is the TIMING that the CARESACT was introduced, March 15, 2020. This was just at very the beginning of the 'plandemic'.

So how was a massive bill like that was designed in just a month or two?
