Sold my hunting land and now going to sell my Kawi Mule

I closed on my hunting property this week. Sold it because I just didn't use it enough to justify the cost. I no longer need a SxS so going to sell it and downsize to a nice 4 wheeler.
I have tried to look around and see what a good used 2020-21 FX are selling but I haven't been able to find but one for sale at them moment in the entire nation. Looked on ATV trader, craigslist and FB marketplace. I have a 2021 FX EPS with Roof, Pop out windshield, 27 " Terabites, 3500lb Warn winch and LED light in front and back. I was thinking 16K/ A new one if you can find one would cost over 21K outfitted like mine. Mine has never been in enough mud to use 4WD. 16K is about what I have in it.

How big a tract and how much per acre (tell me to STFU if I’m asking for too much). Want to see how many tears to shed on the deal I passed up a couple of years ago at a little over $3K/acre

You didn’t give enough info about all of your options and any different packages you have (like adventure, sportsman, etc).
I also didn’t take in to account how many hours you have on it.
But using just the info below: average retail is $12250, wholesale/trade in is $11k, and suggested list is $15500.

40 acre track. Sold for 4200 an acre. Pines were thinned last year. Left a 5K Metal carport, deer feeders and 1 nice deer blind.

It just a plain FX EPS. Has the plastic roof, polycarbonate pop out windshield($700). Brand new tusk terabites 27” tires, warn 3500 lb provantage winch, led light bar. Also has 2 cube LED light on the back rack for rear loading lighting. Has 550 miles on it. Most are riding fields. Never been in any serious mud.
I don’t really need to sell it. It’s paid for but I just not going to use it.

I looked at new 4 wheeler prices JFC they are high. Not in a hurry to buy one so going to try and find a nice used one.
Going to list the mule on FB marketplace tomorrow. I don’t use FB so my is going to have to use her account. She’s already spending her commission on it.

What are you looking to get for the mule? I currently have a 2022 4010, but would be interested in looking at yours.
