Best boudin in the NOLA area is going to be Boudin by Jamison. Thank me later.

Hands down the BEST! He won people's choice 2 years in a row before Covid at the big boudin competition out in Lafayette area. He does dropoffs around the area on Thursdays and does local markets on the weekend.

It was good, but NOT the best per my taste buds. I thought T-Jims smoked blood boudin was better ... to each their own

Jamison's boudin has a unique taste because he ads roux to the water and seasonings when cooking down the pork. It literally tastes like smothered pork, with a dark brown gravy and rice stuffed into casing.
