In 10-20 years, Louisiana will be a poor version of Florida where the number of elderly people vastly outnumber younger people. The difference is that in Louisiana the older people all live in trailer parks and shanty houses and can’t afford to move anywhere else

They will end up in shitty retirement homes here while the company running those homes end up with all the trashy property.
