Yup! The baker creek description said its one of the heaviest producing pepper varieties. There's so many on it that it looks fake.

Well, my Captain Jack pumpkin yellowed and died off. So I guess it didn’t get pollinated after all. All of the vines are looking really healthy, so it’s a matter of time. I have to keep reminding myself that I didn’t get my first Connecticut Field pumpkin last year until September.

I plucked all of the our remaining watermelons and pulled the vines. We’ve had enough. Cut one of the last ones open this weekend and it was a beauty.


I gave a few to some of the neighbors and we kept the last 2 for ourselves.
