Fast forward several years later, and my kids are LSU nuts. They want to go to everygame and are engaged, so taking them to games early on in their life is an investment for the future bonding you will have with them.
This is such a strange take to me.
I went to my first LSU baseball and basketball games as a 6 year old and first football game as a 7 year old and I guarantee I’m just as much of a diehard fan as any infant that’s entered the stadiums

I was six when I went to my first game.
I meant that you should take your kids while they are young as they remember everything and stuff like that is a big deal to them. He was a fan by four years old and experienced the 2019 year. Personally I am so glad I did not wait a few years. Time with your kids is priceless.
