Haven’t traveled around the country much have you? Automated tolling is a thing. It’s Louisiana that is behind. Cash tolls are dying quickly in other parts of the country.

Prices that change for tolled express lanes. When vehicles are averaging under 60 mph, they raise the price. The goal is to keep express lanes at 60+ mph 24/7
