but he's by no means bad.
I would hate to see your example of bad. JL reminds me so much of Jamie Howard. A good practice QB, but horrible gameday QB

Alright, really, y'all. Jarrett Lee has cost LSU one game. People point to Alabama, but that rollout play in OT? Two receivers. Yes, he threw an INT. But who's he supposed to throw it to? Richard Dickson was double-covered as well as LaFell -- he went with the person he thought had a better shot at jumping for the ball and pulling it down.
And while people point to that, if Chris Mitchell doesn't drop a surefire TD, then the Tigers win. Plain and simple. He didn't play well, but he did enough to win.
Again: he hasn't been good, and he's cost LSU a game, but for a freshman in the SEC, he's not bad. Not good, but not bad. Hell, his record assuming a win over Arkansas and in the bowl game is Matt Stafford's as a freshman, only without the receivers dropping game-winners and non-game-winners alike -- and we all saw this year how that turned out for the Dawgs.
You're simply not giving him a chance to improve.
