Had one after passing my first kidney stone. The stone must have been jagged because it left a wound in my urethra about a half inch from the tip that did a lot of bleeding.

The metal rod going in during the cystoscopy and irritating the wound was the worst pain I've ever felt.

But as long as your urethra is intact you should be OK if rather uncomfortable.

A jagged little pill, to be sure.

Subtle brag about having at least 1/2 inches noted.

Why not give propofol like during a colonoscopy? I have to imagine a cystoscope is more uncomfortable than a colonoscopy.
