The problem is BREC is poorly run from the top down. They have created an environment of no accountability for Supers, Golf Managers, etc. I don’t blame the course superintendents. It’s above them 100%.

BREC takes in tax dollars from EBR residents and squanders it. It has been going on for Years. Shut down Webb and redo the greens again. But this time make them bigger so you can actually move the pins and give portions of the greens a break from traffic. If it’s getting too much play, raise the green fees to slow the traffic down.

Webb should be a jewel for BREC. They should have 3 of them….Santa, Beaver, & Webb.

I agree with this. No accountability at the courses

BC & SM are pulling in more money than they ever have. SM clocked over 50,000 tee times last year. Do the math. Where is that money going? Why not reallocate some of that money to get Webb and City into playable shape? At least then, you take some of the pressure off SM. That poor course is abused with foot traffic.
