My wife had a highlander from 04-13, only reason we gave it up was that it was a hybrid and we were worried about replacing the battery as it was at 180k miles. We then got an explorer.

By 60k miles or so it had noticeably began riding poorer despite consistent upkeep. By 90k it was clearly going to shite.

We got another highlander. I don’t think I’ll ever buy another non Toyota.
