re: Foreign vehicle owners: If American branded vehicles weren't such crap, would you buy one?

There are three American cars I would consider buying as a DD:

GT500
Camaro ZL1 1LE
Corvette Z06

*Ford GT but they wouldn't sell me one because I am nobody

The problem is there are foreign cars I like better.

Outside of a DD I mainly look for reliability because our non-DD tend to stick around for a long time, it is just hard to beat Lexus in that department.
