Cosmetic procedures and surgeries aren't actually healthcare. It's more akin to getting a body piercing or a tattoo than it is to medicine. It's not comparable.

Yes, you always hear about women getting breast reconstructive surgery after cancer at the mall at the Claire's hair store with kids getting their ears pierced.
