Abortion is wrong and should be illegal everywhere. To that end, I think this is a good rule.
Unfortunately the country isn’t there yet and we’ve been forced to use states rights to limit it where we can. I think this is pushing too far. It’s like the fugitive slave act, in that it will radicalize people in other states. Hopefully we sent the house, senate, and president in 2024 so we can ban it nationally before it comes to these sort of state to state attacks on sovereignty

The overturning of Roe restored the freedom of the people in the various states to negotiate the issue without being lorded over from 2500 miles away.
You want to go back to less liberty and more lording?
