You are quite clearly uninformed about critical theory. It explicitly treats truth claims as power plays and nothing else. Look up repressive tolerance and then get back to me.
Most of the time, the purpose of the culture Marxist’s mendacious tricks is not to convince anyone but to DESTABILIZE the existing structure to bring about the utopia.

That’s fine. That doesn’t change the fact that it’s not “gaslighting”. It’s just lying and misinformation.

All true, but critical theory can be used as a technique for perspective, and perhaps illuminating underlying motivations. For instance, Prof Kennedy reaches many of the same conclusions about the power structures of the legal system ( and the incestuous schools that feed them) as many posters do here based on instinct and observation. Critical Legal Studied just applies a formalism on the analysis
