I think most of the equity stuff deals with the data and identifying disproportionately affected populations (black, female, LGBTQ, etc.). If you're going to fight trafficking in the US, following the data is going to be necessary.

Following the data doesn’t imply a conclusion that “centers victim’s voices.” Identifying a disproportionately affected group also doesn’t lead to a solution that focuses on “equity.”

This is an increasingly bizarre position you’re taking.
