Disagree. We live in an age where things can be made up easily and teachers no longer are the gate keepers to knowledge.

I’m not saying be an a-hole and take multiple week long trips in the school year and make it harder on teachers but it’s a few days. They aren’t going to ruin their academic future for missing 5 days out of 150
