for U.S. Senate? While he did not make a hard commit on 10 years, he suggested that time frame when he was campaigning for his first run for U.S. House and that time period is approaching.

While he has done a fairly decent job in his first term, Tuberville has had his share of gaffes. Britt won, but we all know she is a lobbyist at heart, as is her husband.

Gary Palmer is Alabama's most conservative elected Rep in DC. Seems like he could take on one of these and win. He'd probably only serve one term, two at the very most. Just not sure that he wants to stay in DC that long.

Any thoughts or insight?

Palmer is all bark no bite. He says the right stuff when interviewed but not huge fan.

Tuberville has been great. Silly comments aside.

Britt was installed because she's little Shelby.

Pass on Palmer.

As I posted above, Palmer has voted against increased spending during both DEM and GOP administrations. So, I would say just the opposite. The other Alabama elected officials in DC talk a lot and then vote for more spending. The only exceptions have been Gary Palmer, Mo Brooks and at times, Jeff Sessions.
