Roger, you REALLY don't understand the point. Smaller words, I suppose.
Roger wants worse penalties. Roger should lobby legislature. Until legislature changes penalties, prison should not impose harsher sentence than sentence imposed by court.
State should not waste money on prisoner who will not try to escape.
NONE of that is specific to sex offenders. For some reason, you cannot grasp that concept. Well, there IS a reason. Two of them. One, you are an emotional child. Two, you just aren't very bright.
