Anyone that molest or hurts a child should be exterminated but you think that society would best be served by putting them in minimum security prisons. That is the difference between you and I and you still can't understand why everyone on here is disgusted with your opinions.

Again, SOS, if you think that the statutory penalties for these offenses should be more severe, you should lobby your legislature to enhance those penalties.

My legal opinion, however, is that your proposal for "extermination" would probably not survive 8th Amendment review, even if you were successful in getting it enacted.

It is not a question of how society would be "best served." It is a question (at least in part) of Constitutional limitations under the 8th Amendment.
