In my last negotiation after I told them at the end I was paying cash, I had the salesman go to his manager & come back out to me to actually say "I have spoken with my manager & we both agree we would rather you finance the vehicle instead". I laughed at him & said I am ready to go pay now. You can't make this stuff up.
I love it.. but im wondering, since many people now employ that method- wouldnt it be very easy for dealerships to adjust and say , during the negotiation process, and when giving you the final firm price- that it’s all predicated on you financing the vehicle ? It just seems like these snakes would easily be able to make that minor adjustment, so that people like us cant decide to pay cash after getting a firm price…

Make sure you get a simple interest loan with no early pay off penalties, do financing with them…get discounts, use leverage of financing etc.
Pay off loan in first 3 months.
