I still do it, but I am REALLY old and it is just hardwired
Power locks mean I do not have to unlock but door opening goes beyond cars to doors as well. Still stand when a lady joins a table. Still pull out chairs.

My mother would sit in the car til I opened the door for her or not go in or out of the store until I did.
Nowadays, I still open the doors and pull out the seats. However, opening the car door I only do if we are going to the car together. Getting out, on their own usually.
Took a couple of friends to dinner recently, mid 20's. Didn't mind at all when I pulled out their chairs at dinner or opened their car doors when I walked them to their car afterwards.
I was sitting at a nice restaurant here a few months ago waiting for my to go order. It was prom night so a flood of tuxes and dresses poured through the door. Noticed some boys would go first and not even hold the door open for their dates. Uh huh. That's just rude.
