There is mental health to be considered, and there might be morally defensible reasons for wanting to fix an aesthetic issue, no matter what your standards are.

Also, “she’s going to cheat” always is the first, last and middle response on here, but fake breasts don’t cause women to cheat. If she is going to cheat with fake boobs, she would cheat without them too.
