I wonder how many more fighters will be announced.
I'm pretty surprised we haven't seen Sonya or Kano yet.
Reiko, Motaro, and Shao are each definitely in the game too, but they may not end up as fighters in the base game.
It looks pretty clear that Sindel must be involved in some way, given that Mileena and Kitana are described as princesses, Shao isn't Kahn, and Mileena is described as the heir to the throne.
Seems like they can't include all of those as base fighters at this point, but it would be awesome if they did.

Maybe Hanzo has/or will take the role of Noob Saibot in this version.
