Technically yes, All Along the Watchtower was his only single that cracked the Top 40. In all practicality no, Purple Haze, Watchtower, Voodoo Child, Hey Joe, Crosstown Traffic along with quite a few others are more known today than most of the top ten when those songs were popular. Top 40 music back then was practically all AM radio and AM radio usually shied away from songs with obvious or semi-obvious drug references.

Hendrix was not a one hit wonder.
His first two albums, alone, had a bunch of well-respected songs. I don’t know how many were released as singles, if that’s what you mean.
