Some people swear by things like collodial silver for lung diseases. It did not happen overnight but I am so much better a decade later than I ever thought I would be. I got hit with some other medical issues but that just made me more determined to figure out and follow the things that bring me joy.

I have thought about getting a humidifier. I'll admit I've heard nothing about collodial silver and I'm not even sure what it is but I know I need to be open to trying anything at this point.
