So based on their own criteria, the rankings are absolutely meaningless bc the right coach can come along and the outlook of a programs future can be totally different overnight. A program can instantly go from “not being in good shape to being in good shape and having a good outlook for the next several years”

What a stupid way to rank programs.

Tradition and championships are meaningless ? But your subjective opinion about what kind of shape a program is in and how much you like a coach is the criteria?

Ok lol

How about looking at staying power, brand recognition, championships, players drafted, etc as your metrics? You know…actual metrics that reflect success rather than some arbitrary shite.

But yea I get it. The dude compiling that has his agenda as evidenced by his body of work over the years. He’s only human.

The idea that LSUs success in the 90s has no impact on the program today is crazy.

An article said they released these rankings in 17, 19 and 23. Jay will have #8 before they update it again.
