In the context of the times it was pretty normal. It wasn't genocide. The objective was to lay claim to the land.

It wasn't your land the second someone came and took it from you. You had no organized government to protect the land. In a sense, you gave it away with your inability to defend it. And, much of your complaints occurred before the United States was even formed.
