But if he is limited to a bullpen between starts, you get 40 or so bullets

You really want to use them the first time through our lineup? Our hitters are more likely to look like they did against WF the last time than they did even yesterday.

FL stays close with Skenes on the mound waiting for the big momentum boost when we have to pull him. I would rather have waiting in the wings ever present on their minds

I agree. If you are willing to pitch him. Let him go through his starting routine and you start him.

This makes zero sense! You bring him off bench and you have way better idea of when you should bring him in and how long to stretch him. You start him and he comes out in tie game in 4th you just have Fla a massive shot in the arm of confidence! Starting him if he's not going distance is worst plan ever.
