This is incorrect. I agree he will start and should be just fine and will throw 80 or so pitches. But the .7 you added to his rest is wrong. There is no part of today that is going toward his recovery or rest. 0 minutes. His entire day today leading up until game time is going through his starting day routine. He will pitch tonight on 3 days rest.
