I'm kind of torn on this. He probably wouldn't have gotten in due to his off the field stuff that came up after he was fired. But there is no denying he was a great coach for a good part of this career. His stubborness killed him.

Calling him “stubborn” is being kind. Truthfully he didn’t have enough brains to make necessary changes to team to adapt to the changing landscape of college football. To be blunt he was “Stupid”
