just finished season 2 ... damn, that Christmas episode was tough. That must have taken three weeks to shoot with all the elements.
I will say the Bear looks like a boring place to eat ... something about it was off. Not sure if by design of the writers or just boring production design.

That’s a VERY small budget for a buildout of a high end place. Places often spend millions on their space.
So not sure it was intentional but I thought the build out was in line with the budget
