Think about what you are really saying here...and then picture that being a precedent for legal system/society as a whole

And the current way it is that screws the male over while the ex can sit at home not doing shite expecting to get $250k a month, is more fricked than removing a child from a poor mom who can't provide for it.

I get it.. The perception that she sits at home and he goes to work. Frankly though, that's been the arrangement in this case all along though. After nearly 20 yrs to say... I'm over you.... It sucks for you that you have no appreciable skills because you stayed home to raise the kids etc but now go find a job.
That's 1800s chattel mentality. 3MM a year against 20MM isn't especially crushing because I would imagine that he already spends a good amount of that on family life events.

If they were married a couple of years..no kids she gets all the clothes jewels and a good bye card

18yrs and kids... There is alimony due

Also to say that the wealthier of the two deserves the kids because they can afford the kids is a very bad precedent in my opinion.

So it’s his fault he makes money and she doesn’t?

You do realize this happens to guys who aren’t worth 100 million plus?

Do I feel bad for the luz Cheney supporting traitor? No, but this is just one instance in a much larger problem that is family court.

No, but $3M a year is so mom can keep living the life of luxury. Plenty of normal families give kids a good life on an annual household income of around 2 weeks worth of the child support she’s asking for.

Not if there’s a prenup that says otherwise. She’s going all in on the child support angle since that’s the only thing the prenup can’t limit what she gets.
