My mom met him when she was young in a group with friends at some wedding or some party in the 80s and she said Kevin Costner was there hitting on all the girls in her party, most of whom were married with rings on. She said they all thought he was gross after when previously having liked him in his movies.
That and being dance partners for the weekend with Boz Scaggs at a wedding is her claim to fame. She said he thought he was wayy to cool for school and barely made any conversation with anyone there. It wasn't long after "Lowdown" came out.
Btw, I don't think KC makes $20 mil a year. Yellowstone pays $1.3 mil an episode and 8 episodes last year. That's $10 mil. I'm unaware him making other movies, but not sure.

Costner may be challenged on the fidelity to his wife end, but he's a pretty good business man and probably worth 350 to 500 million. He's probably one of the richest guys in Hollywood.
I remember he was in town filming JFK, I remember a buddy of mine who was in the same Fraternity as him remarked about how big of a dick he was.....but he was a world class poon hound .....and extremely prolific
