What kind of insurance should I have on rental properties?

I have five rentals that all have landlord insurance and then a general umbrella policy that increases the protections. Most are around the $1,500/year category and the umbrella policy is another $500/year that bundles all of them plus my vehicle increasing the coverage and prevents things like lawsuits in case a tenant sues for whatever reason.
For those of you with rentals, is this what you also do? I just acquired a manufactured home, bought it In cash, but my insurance company doesn't want to insure it. Was thinking about just not having insurance on it at all. Any thought?

That's what I do on my rentals.
As far as the manufactured one, I'd at least have liability assuming it going to be rented out.

Sorry, you have what on your rentals? Landlord + Liability?
The manufactured one will be rented out. I inherited tenants. Are you saying you would just add this one to the umbrella and not worry about the landlord insurance?
I just want to be sure I am understanding you properly.

American Modern and Foremost are the two major manufactured home insurance companies. A kitchen fire may total a trailer and those shaky steps are a fall hazard. I would get some insurance

Would you get the landlord's insurance only or add the umbrella/liability add-on?

Hazard plus umbrella.
Hazard plus umbrella.

This is what I have. Property management company I use recommended a million. It's relatively inexpensive if I remember right.
