LSU just played a one run, low scoring game against what is arguably one of the best three teams in the nation, and you conclude that they aren't the best.
Geez.
So the fact that Cade's hit didn't find the hole means LSU isn't the best team in the country?

Correct.
We cannot play "small ball" and try to hit for distance every single time.
We also cannot pick up the spin on breaking balls.
This is a very good team, but its full of meatheads and we need a couple of guys who can get on base and make things happen.
Its a top five team, just not the best.

Ole miss wasn’t the best team in the country last year and they won the title. You don’t have to be the best team everyday of the season to get hang a banner. Just gotta get hot when it counts. Now the team has their backs to the wall let’s how they respond.

Correct me if I am wrong, but we have allowed 6 runs through 18 innings, right? Isn’t the only team better than that the one we lost to tonight? Why would you give up on us after one game if that’s not even the tournament format?
We lost last night because we only scored two runs. You have to rely on bats in the final tournament
