Both are tools. He complains of first guy doing 80 but then goes well over 100 to catch him on narrow two lane road.

Did you expect him to go slower than 80 to try to catch the guy?

Exactly. When I watched the video I felt like he was a Melvin and the young initial speeding cap was immature and hot headed.

You might want to take a physics class before applying for that job at NASA.
