Some people like skeletons but I HATE them unless it is just an opening for a tourbillon or something from the true masters of open-worked watch: Vacheron Constantin, both are a wee bit out of your (and my) price range.

Some to look at, I suggest going to the manufacturer's sites first so you can just look at the collections that fit you eye.

Some to consider

Seiko Presage Cocktail Time collection, the SARB065 is the original but discontinued and people are asking too much for them on the secondary market IMO Seiko makes a lot more variations now

Hamilton Jazzmaster and Broadway collections

Oris Big Crown

Tissot Gentleman Le Locle Carson

Baume et Mercier Classima Hampton

Longines Conquest

Frederique Constant Classics

There are a ton of options, don't pay attention to the prices from these manufacturers too closely because most of them are available from places like Jomashop with deep discounts. One thing you can also do is look at much more expensive watches and find something you like then ask for cheaper watches that are similar.

try to find something you like so we can go from there, people will know a lot of options when we get a feel for your eye.
