And whomever that kid is, he's being brainwashed into thinking the establishment status quo is the answer. That's what the Censure process is. It's up to the members of the House to do their own research and then vote accordingly.
Such an answer is an abdication of the House's role of self-governance.

If it’s said in an indictment or official government document - Like Luna’s proposed resolution- it is presumed to be and must be true.
