I love Chappelle overall, especially his show. But I'm not sure "standup comedy" accurately describes the past 8 or so years of his career. It's more just like spoken word that has some humor. I still like to listen to it, but I do not have the expectation that I'll be doubled up the whole time.
And Kevin Hart. I'm not sure many people think he's funny, but he just is not. Even his baseline affectation of bombastic black guy is stunningly unfunny.

Chappelle's Show, with the characters & sketches was funny. His stand up is not as funny, but very humorously interesting, as he has a high IQ, is a great story teller & DGAF.
