And if they are not? And there are always tasks that could be done but aren’t essential right away but they start to slip through the cracks. I gave up a hybrid job where most people are working remote to a full office job because I didn’t have the discipline to work from home plus I need the social interaction.

See, i'm the opposite. I fricking hate people, and all the bullshite that goes on in an office.
