Bingo. I’ve been skiing for about 4 years now, but always in January and February and never thought about the amount of snow. I thought getting a ski-in/out for this price, was such a deal. Now I realize why lol - Bummer. I’ll have to save some of my epic pass days for a return trip later and make this one more about the town.

Big Sky is similar, you can get lodging for 1/3 of the typical rate but there even if they are getting good snow you are contending with rocks this time of year.
