High fructose corn syrup is toxic, but so are other highly process forms of sucrose, such as granulated and powdered sugar, and "invert sugar."

Honey, while it's regarded as a "natural" product, has the same chemical composition and the same effect on the human body; it's worse than blackstrap molasses, which does have significant amounts of phosphorus, potassium and iron.

Best practice would be for the government to ban them all-- for the sake of American health. They're killers; more subtle than AR-15s and SUVs, but still killers.

This right here is why I don’t support gvt banning it. This is a prime example of how propaganda has distorted reality and how the slippery slope starts. In 1 sentence, the conversation lumped high fructose, AR-15’s and SUV’s all in the same category and this person truly believes this to their core, which leads them to wanting all of them banned.
Gvt should stay out of this and it should be up to you so do your own homework. Gvt can’t do anything without injecting its own propaganda or be influenced by money or lobbyists.

Uh what. Honey is one of the best natural products on the planet.
