Look up snake juice, it’s promoted by this fanatical guy that encourages extended fasting and curses a lot. It’s a good recipe, and includes all your daily requirements for electrolytes. It’s similar to a previous posters, but no sugar, and adds magnesium in the form of Epson salt.

I use this when I need electrolytes.
2L of water
1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt (sodium chloride)
1/2 tsp food grade Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate)
1 tsp No Salt (potassium chloride)
1 tsp baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)
Taste isn’t bad to me, less noticeable when cold.
