I'm looking at the radar, which is specifically what I posted links to twice in this thread.
We had posters hours ago talking about driving through bad stuff in N Louisiana, and the wind pattern clearly puts BR in the crosshairs. Could it just disappear when it hits Alexandria? Maybe.
Let's just rely on your finger in the air and the gut feeling of the NCAA.

If you look at a radar loop that continues until 7 PM you will see the front breaks up and what remains heads East into Mississippi.

I’m relying on high resolution models such as the HRRR, not some shitty weather app. It should break up. That doesn’t mean it will but odds are higher than not.
