Do you have an alexa device in your house? If you could connect standard floodlight to a smart floodlight (something like this), then you could then create an alexa routine(s) where motion on the ring flood light would trigger the other one to come on. Depending on how your flood light is set up, you might also be able to install a smart light switch and have to trigger it to come on. There are a couple of downsides to doing it that second way such as the flood light not being motion activated (you might be able to have the switch cycle (off then on) and if it's wired correctly, it might work that way. However, I don't think there would be no real way to make it trigger the ring floodlights.
