I remember where I was on the Morris HR.

Listening on the radio at work at a hardware store as a 16 year old

Arkansas walked off the field after that final out dropped in-between 3 players.

Whats even crazier is that Theriot scored the walk off run in the CWS and the WS.

The run he scored for the Giants was in the top of the 10th, so not a "walk-off"

In 2000 you could tell we were about to win it.

The Warren Morris was just a sudden shock against an ace with a runner on 1st.

FIFY

An underrated thing about that hit was that even if it had just hit the wall and come in it's an RBI double that ties the game and brings the top of the order back up.

Brad Wilson was on 3rd. He lead off with a double then moved to 3rd on Bowles rocket to Marcinczyk at first. Thank God there was no replay in 96. Wilson came off the bag when sliding into and past second. Cora has sworn on his life he had the glove on him when Wilson came off the bag.

I remember hearing Theriot yell “KICK ROCKS STANFORD!” when he threw his helmet in the air after scoring.

I was at Blind River bar on a Poker Run when Morris hit the homer. I jumped up and hit my head on a ceiling fan old school house light kit. Had to get stitches

Thanks Warren

Well he’s a damn liar because Alex Cora wasn’t the one applying the tag on Wilson, it was their 2nd baseman

You’re right. I assume when he was swearing on his life that he meant the second baseman had the glove on Wilson. It’s been a long time since that interview.
