I haven't stopped looking through Google maps and the closest thing I can find are neighborhoods around Marrero. And I really don't think that's it. I'm leaning towards not Nola.

Nobody is parked on the street, dat ain't NOLA. EVERY residential street in NOLA has cars parked on the street.

St Andrew’s Ct. off Bullard in the East is close too, but no street view.
