I’m fine with people hopping every two years if it’s for more money. I do it too, magic number is 25% and I’m gone

I'll never make much more money than I do now in LA. I'd have to go into management (which I have no desire to do) or move out of state.

I actually think I'd most likely have to take a minor pay cut to change employers.

Every 2-3 years is fine. Every year is a red flag.
